A: Price is $1000. A $100 deposit has been paid. BAL is $900.00 and is paid in full prior to puppy leaving here. 10 days after the deposit is given , if for some reason you can no longer take the puppy the deposit will not be refunded.
B: Taichung guarantee?s against Hip Dysphasia and if this Shibas develops it by 2 years of age I will replace it or refund the money. The results must be given by OFA.
C: Shibas is sold with all current shots for its age and guaranteed to be healthy. If buyer wants to return Shibas with-in 10 days of purchase, full refund will be given.
Buyer is to take the puppy to a Vet of their choice except Pets Mart Vets ( Banfield) with-in 3 days of purchase. If Veterinarian finds anything wrong, buyer can bring puppy back for full refund
D: Buyer must have the puppy spayed or neutered by the time if it 6 months old and no later. Failing to do so will result in a cost of a additional $1000 or return of the puppy with all AKC papers
E: Seller has the first right of refusal if said Shibas becomes available for sale and must be returned to seller if said Shibas is to be given away. Failing to let seller know of intent to sell or give away Shibas will result in court action and all costs from this to be paid by buyer. Owner of this Shiba will not at any time euthanasia this Shibas with out express permission from the breeder.
F: Buyer is to maintain Shibas in a healthy environment, supplying good food and shelter. Shibas is NOT to be kept on a chain or rope of any kind, it must have a fenced yard, or access to an area in which it can run free at least once a week in a confined area. Seller has the right to reclaim this Shibas if these conditions are not met, even if it means coming on the buyer?s property and reclaiming the dog. The buyer would at that time, relinquish all ownership rights and will turn over all appropriate A.K.C. papers with no reimbursement of Monies spent on this dog due from Seller.

The price is $2000 for Show quality a deposit of $100.00 has been paid, bal. of $__to be paid before puppy leaves breeders.
If after 10 days of receiving the deposit buyer changes their minds deposit will be forfeited.
Shiba is sold as Show quality, seller will guarantee that such dog can win in the show ring, if owner either has knowledge of show ring procedure and can present the dog to the best of it's potential or have a professional handler show the dog at least 3 times.The Shiba must be kept in Show condition neither to thin nor to fat. If this puppy doesn't for some reason turn out to be a show quality, I will replace said puppy with a show quality puppy at the soonest possible time.
Seller guarantees against Hip dysplacia, buyer must have dog certified by OFA to be with-in normal ranges.
If this Shiba ends up with HD I will replace it with a new puppy, if it has not been bred or produced puppies.
Buyer is aware of potential damage to the Taichung bloodlines if dog or bitch is bred to any other color other then Red, Red/Sesame or Black/Tan
and in doing so buyer is willing to pay damages of $2000.00 to breeder for each such breeding.
If buyer sells offspring to commercial outlets, such as Pet shops or Puppy Millers or Research facility, seller can collect from buyer not less then $1000.00 for each puppy sold to such establishments.
Seller has the first right of refusal if said Shiba becomes available for sale and must be returned to seller if said Shiba is to be given away. At No time may the said owner of the puppy euthanasia the shiba for any reason without express permission from the breeder failing to let seller know of intent to sell or give away Shiba will result in court action and all costs from this to be paid by buyer.
